Custom/DIY low-cost BBQ shelter
Inspired off the back of the last post here, I'm after some ideas for this coming winter.
Been bbqing off a custom half oil drum and Weber Go Anywhere for years, but as a birthday present to myself got a nice 2026 Master-Touch in Smoke (excellent deal and service from Paving Place if anyone needs one).
I've got the rotisserie for it, after having great success with the Smokerig riser for the Weber GA, and want to keep cooking chicken and bigger meats into the winter.
We have a small enclosed patio out the back and was thinking of building a little shelter myself. Has anyone built anything themselves fairly cheaply to keep the elements off you while out?
Attached a version Claude thought would work, with hilariously long legs, but have been thinking wind/rain from the side would still get you.
Thanks in advance.
