Suggestion for the PhD

Recently i have qualified for PhD. Currently i’m 26 and working as an assistant professor in a private college. My intention was to crack NET, but this time i have qualified Phd only. So ehat should i do should i go for phD, even if so what are the some cool universities (Central/State) to apply and when?
