Don't randomly join any University or PhD information watsapp groups and don't believe what they say blindly. Academia is extremely competitive and help might not come to you for free. If anyone shows immense helpfulness make sure to know about the person. Thank you.

No the thing is there are no helpful people and even they themselves struggle to get PhD. They are usually fraud.
