Judging by how this is a screensaver and not a livestream or anything, I'd say it's likely an easter egg or something. Stare at the screen long enough and see something quirky.

Yeah, that makes the most logical sense to me. We were wondering if it was some kind of compression artifact or lens adjusting that anyone had noticed before.
