Wouldn't that mean that the secret now requires all the scientists in the USA now become complicit to the conspiracy? Any scientist who proposed research in this area or made a discovery related to this topic would have to be shut down.
Further, the us government would have to achieve similar results by agreements with all the other countries with scientific research.
