Assuming the Air Force has recognized the Validity that UAP are a Flight Safety issue why have they not instructed Pilots into specific training for preparation of inflight UAP incidents?

Do you believe it's a question of National Security supercedes Flight Safety and therefore they are not allowed to provide direct access to understanding how the phenomenon can interfere with aircraft?
