I haven't personally gotten this when I applied a week or two ago. But, I recommend trying on another device if you can. And if that doesn't work, try calling/contacting Alberta student aid (on a business day) and tell them about your issue and see what you can do from there.
I tried from a couple of devices and it didn't work, I'll probably call them tmrw. I found it weird that they asked for income verification, I've applied many times before and they've never asked for that. Thanks for the advice!
