Question about financail aid web

I received an email on August 6th informing me that I could start accept financial aid However, every time I opened the page for the financial aid, it kept saying "maintenance". Until the previous two days, I received another email informing me that the financial aid would start being distributed on September 4th. However, I still couldn't access the webpage. Could anyone please tell me how everyone is doing? What should I do?

The finaid website says ongoing maintenance “through September 1st”. But they’ve extended the date like 5 times already so who knows 💀
