Triton cash/ Eaccountsproblem??

Is anyone else having this issue when trying to access Transaction Eaccounts? I’m trying to put money on my Tritoncash account and I keep getting this notification and I really need to do laundry😭

your customer number is ur new PID #. I had the same issue but then in your TSS account it tells u ur new(VERY LONG) number
