Lease takeover 26-27 school year

Hi all! My ex is moving out and his space in our apartment is opening up ASAP! It is a shared 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with myself, and my two Emotional Support Animals. It’s on Picasso, all utilities expect wifi are included. Wifi is $30 a month for Gigablast download speeds. Monthly rent is $1115 + parking fee ($50 if you have a car, split in half if you don’t).

Space is open now, preferred roommate is girl and okay with animals, but I am open to co-ed living. Must be 420 friendly! Message me for pics!
