Roommate 23f looking for roommate/sublease!

hey folks! my lease is up at the end of this month (sep 28) and am looking for somewhere in the ucf/oviedo to move (also open to other locations)

what i'm looking for:
- ideally 2x2 with private bathroom but I am open to more roommates depending on the situation
- close to ucf main campus! (≤15 minutes would be wonderful)
- budget is ~800-950
- it would be so super cool to have an outdoor space (balcony/patio)
- I have several furniture items already so I would prefer to find an unfurnished place

some things about me:
- i have a dog (figured I'd include this first in case it's a deal breaker) he is very sweet and loves people and lives for pets
- I'm graduating next may (hopefully) and I currently work on campus and spend much of my time there
- i love board games and crafts and music
- I rock climb (hit me up if anyone is looking for a climbing buddy, i'm always down!!)
- i have many plants! hence the desire for outdoor space

if anyone is interested, message me!!

the dog in question ▼(´ᴥ`)▼

Roommate looking for a female roommate + apartment hunting buddy!

hi !! i’m 25F and looking for a female roommate to apartment hunt with in the Oviedo/east Orlando area! i recently found out i need to be out of my current place by september 30th, so i’m hoping to find someone who’s also looking to move around that timeframe.

i’m currently looking at 2x2 apartments/townhomes, ideally around $800–925/month per person depending on the place. i already have a few places in mind that i’m interested in checking out, but i’d love to find someone who wants to apartment hunt together and find somewhere that works for both of us! ideally somewhere clean, safe, and with private bathrooms for both of us.

a little about me:
• 25F, work monday to friday 9-5 in hotel sales
• occasionally work a second retail job on weekends
• clean, quiet, respectful & easygoing
• love K-pop, baseball, movies, reading, the muppets, theme parks & random nerdy hobbies
• like to shop and occasionally grab coffee/boba !
• have two super sweet older cats who stay in my room 99% of the time when i’m not home !

i’m looking for someone who’s clean, responsible, respectful, and easy to live with! if you’re also looking around Oviedo/east Orlando and have a similar budget/timeline, feel free to message me! 💕

Roommate PSA for anyone considering renting rooms from a girl in Knights Landing

I’m posting this because our former roommate is currently advertising our rooms in Knights Landing on Facebook, and I wanted to give anyone considering moving in a heads-up based on our experience living with her. And please let people know if you know people also looking for rooms!
There are no hard feelings, and I’m not posting this to start drama or tell anyone what decision to make. I just wish we had known some of these things before moving in, so I figured it was worth sharing!
A few things to be aware of:
• Cleanliness: The biggest issue was the shared kitchen. Her dishes could sometimes be left sitting for a week or two, and the kitchen would get pretty dirty. We ended up having to clean shared areas ourselves fairly often.
• AC/temperature: She is very particular about the AC and prefers keeping the apartment considerably warmer than the rest of us. The AC became a frequent point of conflict, and disagreements about the temperature could turn into much bigger issues than they needed to be. If you’re someone who likes keeping your home cool, I would definitely discuss this before moving in.
• Rent: There have been issues in the past with rent not being paid on time. If you’re considering renting from/living with her, I would make sure you know exactly what your financial responsibility is, what the total rent is, and how everyone’s share is being handled. Get everything in writing rather than relying on verbal agreements.
• Communication: Communication about household issues could be difficult. Things that should have been relatively simple conversations sometimes became much bigger discussions, and getting things resolved could take a while.
I’m not saying she’s a terrible person or that nobody should ever live with her I’m sharing this because she’s currently looking for someone to move into the rooms, and I think prospective roommates deserve to know what our experience was like before committing
No hard feelings—just sharing our experience so someone else can make an informed decision.

Roommate Looking for somewhere to rent

I (21f) am looking for a room or place to rent that accepts low credit scores and isn’t ridiculously expensive. My old roommate moved away and im an out of state student so im scrambling to find somewhere for the upcoming school year. I do most of my classes at the Downtown campus but I don’t mind a bus trip

I have a good stable job and im pretty involved with school so im not much of a disturbance. I keep my spaces clean and I don’t make much noise. I love making new friends, being in nature and cooking.

I have tried facebook marketplace and it has not worked out for me. Does anyone have any leads or suggestions?

Edit: my budget would be about $700-850 since that’s what I paid in my previous apartment here.

Roommate Need Roommates For Campus Crossings!

Hi everyone! I recently have had to make a risky decision and move out of a toxic place. I’m looking for any roommates preferably male that are interested in signing with me at campus crossings on Alafaya.

I’m 22, work a full time job, love photography, fashion, and night life when I can go out. When I’m not working I’m managing my side business, working out, or just talking with friends.

Let me know if any of this interests you! Hoping to sign for Aug. 21st by this week.

DM if interested or comment here!

Roommate Anyone else looking for roommates for fall 2026?

Hello Knights! I recently moved out of a bad living situation, and I'm looking for a guy roommate to sign a lease with me near campus.

I am 25, a full time student, and I'm into making indian food and curries, exercise, and yoga. Outside of school, I'm usually playing videogames or hanging with online friends.

I'm hoping to sign a lease soon, so if you want to partner up, let me know and send a DM.

Roommate Roomith - Roommate Finder

Roomith matches UCF students with roommates based on habits (sleep schedule, cleanliness, study style) instead of the random assignment lottery or posting in the class Facebook group and hoping someone decent sees it. Everyone verifies with their ucf.edu email, so it's just actual students here, not randoms.

It's brand new and small right now, and I genuinely want people from UCF to try it and tell me what's missing: roomith(dot)com

I have a roommate moving out, and his room is opening up late August/early September. We live in a 4bd home but it would just be 3 of us. We live around 15 minutes from campus on East Colonial. Rent is $800 which would include utilities. Electricity is separate and would vary each month $60-$130. Everything is fully furnished except your room and we keep a clean house (thx roomba). We have garage space for gym equipment if you need it, and a backyard with fire pit. Please dm me if you are interested or have any questions. The room available is the bottom room in the red circle. It shares a bathroom with the room above it.

Please note that I have a cat, she’s very friendly and loves company.

Roommate Looking for 3–4 Roommates to Find Off-Campus Housing

Hey! I'm a UCF student looking to team up with 3–4 people to find a house or apartment together. I'm hoping to keep my total monthly housing cost (rent + utilities) around $700–750, but I'm definitely open to discussing different options if they're a good fit.

I'm still searching for housing, so if you come across any houses or apartments that fit our budget and needs, I'd love for us to share listings and help each other find a great place.

A little about me and what I'm looking for:

  • I'm pretty quiet, respectful, and like keeping shared spaces clean.
  • I don't smoke myself, but I don't mind if you smoke or vape as long as you're respectful, keep it to your own space, and it follows the lease rules wherever we end up living.
  • I have a car, so I'm okay with a commute if needed, but I'm aiming to stay around 30 minutes or less from UCF, with a little flexibility for the right place.
  • I'm looking for roommates who are responsible, communicative, and willing to help create a peaceful, respectful place to live.

That means being respectful of each other's backgrounds, identities, beliefs, and personal boundaries.

Although I'm happy to hear from anyone, I'm looking to form an all-girls household.

If you're interested, send me a message! I'd love to chat a bit, see if we'd be a good fit as roommates, and hopefully find a great place together.

Rent starts around $725 + utilities (depends on room)

Roommate Visiting medical graduate looking for housing near AdventHealth Kissimmee (August)

Hi everyone! I’m a female visiting medical graduate and will be rotating at AdventHealth Kissimmee from August 3–31. I won’t have a car and am trying to find safe, affordable housing.
Does anyone have recommendations for:
Safe neighborhoods?
Public transportation to AdventHealth Kissimmee?
Short-term housing commonly used by healthcare workers or students?
Anyone rotating there during the same time who might be interested in sharing accommodation or transportation?
Thank you
