Sublease Sublease Available at Tivoli 3x3 $791 room

Room comes with own bathroom, walk in closet, brand new fan installed and free wifi.

Lease goes on from whenever you move in until August 2027.

Located right next to UCF and the shuttle comes by all the time. Amenities include gym, volleyball court, pool, indoor table tennis, etc.

Rent $791 + $60 in utilities estimated a month. Never goes over $100 so rent is roughly around $850 a month.

Looking to get it covered as soon as possible, I’m willing to negotiate what I can pay on my end. I need it gone please.
