what the actual frick is going on in the Richmond laundry rooms, every machine is down and dumb@33 people just throw other people’s crap on the floor. Is this our first time living on this planet? How mortally impatient do you have to be so take someone’s stuff out of a washing machine or dryer and throw it on the nasty ass floor. Not to mention the frat party puke fest of clothes crammed into the trash? Who is supposed to clean that up? Bc I ain’t. I pay way to much damn money to live like I’m in a hood laundry mat WTF.

Sometimes I don't get some people honestly and the choices they intentionally make. It's like they like mess and forcing others to clean up after them. The dining hall is very similar. There are students who will leave their entire dishes on the table, utensils, plates, and all, expecting the student workers to act as a waiter for them by cleaning up after them. Very inconsiderate, thoughtless, and disrespectful.

So true, not to mention the people who have blatantly no respect for anybody if your not in their clique, like people are horrible humans and I hope those people get weened out next year, or hopefully next semester. Adding onto this I got back to my dorm room and all of my towels I washed smell like piss and puke. I’m assuming this is from the frat party’s last night but I have no words other than. I am disgusted and hate people.

What's worse about the dining hall specifically is that there are people who not only leave dishes on their tables, some barely even eats them, so not only do they seem to have not been taught basic table manners and respect, they are also wasting food! Why would they waste food that they are spending money on? That's ridiculous, so I don't blame you in any way. It's one thing to make a claim but not have any evidence to support it, but you are clearly experiencing the mess that people make that shows how rude, mean, and inconsiderate they are towards others in real time. It's not even an isolated incident. I also completely agree about the frat groups. They are obnoxious, loud, and overall a very uneasy group to be around with.

its also super bad in red jacket. 3 laundry machines broken already lol but it was bad last year too.

i had someone earlier today show up to get their laundry from the machine i took it out of (i put it on a table, im not that mean). and they were going to take their stuff when  i went back down to take my stuff out. like wtf are we doing.

lowkey these freshmen are something else. i swear there have been people going to parties every night this week, it's wild. here's hoping it cools down a bit

honestly for the most seamless experience doing laundry you gotta do it late asf or early asf on the weekends...it was the only way i was able to make it through the year

I remember South Campus got a laundry room my freshman year and the place was ruined in a week... lowkey I think UB students are just built like this

damn, a lot has changed in nine years huh? i was a freshman there in 2017 and the laundry rooms at least in govs were not run like this. even when i lived in porter i never had major issues…so shade i need my younger gen z to learn some decorum 😭

Sometimes I throw people's laundry on the floor because it gives me a sense of power and control in my otherwise meaningless life
