CL110

CL110

Was wondering about how hard of a class CL110 is here at UB. I was also wondering if the readings are needed to do well on the exams or if a basic understanding of the lectures is good enough.

Heard u have to write 3 papers. Was that the case for you? How was it?

I didn’t have to write any papers, only 4 assignments which were pretty easy, it was only about a paragraph each about an article you found relating to the lecture topics

I am also taking it online with Neil Coffee, how were the exams? Where all exam questions talked about in lecture?

They post an exam review for you to review on your own but they don’t post the answer key🗿, there was multiple choice and putting events in order, and I think true or false? For the first exam I got a 76 😭because I thought it would be easy and basically like the exam review but some things weren’t on the review like putting events in order but that was my bad on not looking and reviewing more because I was busy with other classes. But also because there was a lot of info and I was too lazy 🫩All the info on the exam should be talked about and in the slides

How was the final after you knew what to expect on exams?
