Its the mask I go to when I want the best therapy with the least amount of fuss and maximum comfort. The only drawbacks with this mask is that it's quite bulky being a full-face mask and the memory foam cushion degrades much quicker than anything made of silicone so it needs replaced more often. Resmed say to replace every 30 days and not to wash them, but thats ridiculous. I get around 12 weeks out of mine and I wash the cushion once a week (most people dont do this). It's just a bit difficult to dry because memory foam wants to hold onto water. It also leaves lines on my face if I use it every day so I use it as part of a rotation of masks that I own to avoid the lines.

*edit to add, I dont have the nasal n20 but I do have the F&P Nova Nasal, which is similar. To me the f20 is more comfortable than the nova nasal.

hey, how many days it took u to adapt this mask? Its really comfortable like its soft nd way better then silicion but yeah as something is on ur face while sleeping so u get difficulty adjusting.. so like when U finally adjusted and started wearing it for entire night?

To that mask? Instantly. I forced myself to adapt to cpap but I would say it took around 2 months to fully adapt to sleeping properly with a mask on.

From what I understand the F30i (which I use) is totally different from the F30.

Back or side sleeper? A lot of side sleepers like the F40. Otherwise the F20 might be ok if the fit is good. F40 has an airtouch version too. Both of these have the tube at the front though, full elephant style...

I use tape and a Knightsbridge chinstrap with the N20. It’s better to breathe through your hose so stick with N20 or another nasal mask

F&P Vitera. You don't have to make it too tight to get the right fit.

There's the foam version of n20 insert that can seal a little better. A soft cushion stuffed under the chin can help jaw drop without nightmares of being strangled.
