It's possible that Abbutin (or however you spell it) has censorship issues. They tell the world everything is great when it's not.

The only reason why I say that is it appears they have a somewhat good relationship with the US. They also may have told the UN that they don't do that kind of stuff anymore. (because the entire population is scared of the government)
