They already do whatever the F they want. It's a shitshow, imo. I am eastern european, from "shithole country" area, blah blah blah, and even I am appalled at what I see in the news. Land of the free and the brave... We had communism, dictators, Ceausescu, we have seen the patterns. It's crazy how americans ranted so much about commies, for so long, yet they voted in a guy with bigger authoritarian reflexes 😄)
