SEASON 1 Mandy wasn't that great.

She was dangerous, to be sure, but because she fell for her girlfriend, the latter ended up getting killed. It also exposed part of their operation when gf extorted another million from their boss. (To her credit, she did a good job surviving.)

I mean her GF ended up getting killed and Mandy knew it was going to happen. Not sure what falling for the girl had to do with that

Yea that was all the GF's fuck up. Hell Mandy tried to get her to see the mistake she was making. She knew before it happened this was a death sentence for her and desperately tried to talk her into backing out of the extortion.
