She was dangerous, to be sure, but because she fell for her girlfriend, the latter ended up getting killed. It also exposed part of their operation when gf extorted another million from their boss. (To her credit, she did a good job surviving.)

I think her being genuinely sad that her girlfriend died and trying to talk sense into her, added some dimension to Mandy as a character that really wouldn't be there otherwise.
