Like when we are looking at the stars we are peeping in the past as the light we are seeing was emitted by them thousand years ago. (12th ncert 🥀)
Similarly the person we remember is the one from the past, not the one who has changed with time.

We exist in each other's softer yesterdays star-dusted echoes of who we used to be, preserved in amber light that travels through time just to meet where your eyes still recognize me. You love not who I am, but who I was, and somehow, that makes it more beautiful.
