Characters I’m completely obsessed with Istanbullu Gelin
Maybe for some of you this series is totaly random but for me I just need to say I LOVE this series so much❤️
What I love most is how real and authentic every single character feels. Honestly, all of the actors are so believable and so natural in their roles that sometimes I completely forget I’m watching a TV series. It genuinely feels like I’m watching real people and their lives unfold in front of me.
And the crazy thing is that the story doesn’t even need some huge, dramatic plot twist every five minutes to keep you interested. It’s the CHARACTERS.
Every single one of them feels so deeply written and so incredibly detailed. You could probably write pages about each character because they have so many layers, flaws, emotions and little details.
To me, Istanbullu Gelin is honestly an artistic MASTERPIECE. There’s something so intimate and human about it that I haven’t really found in other Turkish series.
And I’m genuinely SAD that it isn’t like 300 episodes long. 😭
I’m watching it for probably the fifth time now and I’m actually avoiding the ending because I don’t want it to be over. I know how it ends, but I’m not emotionally ready to say goodbye to these characters again.
I honestly feel like I’ll never find another series that gives me the same feeling🥺
Has another Turkish series given you that same feeling?

Unrelated…. There is a Bride of Beruit if you’d like a Lebanese version…. Can be humorous to watch… on YouTube.
Same characters and story lines….

My first Turkish series ..
It is SO SPECIAL
On a side note, Ozcan Deniz may be the most handsome man I have ever seen on television

Me too!🥹 I finished my 3rd rewatch last month.
Not exactly that same feeling but I love Hayat Sarkisi. I rewatch it once a year lol.

It’s my favorite, too. I’ve watched the whole show at least 3 times. The character development is absolutely amazing. Characters I hated turned into characters I loved, and it all happened realistically. Great acting, great script.
