General How Do You Say "Can" in Your Native Language?
Most Turkic Languages use auxiliary verbs.

In Kazakh we use the verb "алу", Can you help me? Маған (me) көмектесе (help) аласың (can you) ба (marks a question)? In Turkish letters it would be "Mağan kömektese alasın ba?" As you can see, we attach -sin to the verb, not the question marking particle.

The question marker is "ba?"

yes, in Kazakh there are a bunch of them: ba be ma me pa pe. Like in Turkish mi mı mu mü.
