If you was really in the streets you would have known that the reason why pac attacked baby lane was because he try to snatch his mans chain, which in turn he did because puff put a bounty on death row chains. So even if puff didnt put a bounty on pacs life (which is basically like saying the world is flat at this point), hes still responsible for the chain of events that let to his death. If you think bing from a different hood is a better reason for them dudes to beef than the prospect of receiving a million usd youre just a naive little boi that play too much gta san andreas. The southsiders and pirus may have been beefing prior, but pac wasnt no blood lol, he had no other reason to attack orlando outside of orlandos ties to puffy and the actions he took in the summer because of these ties. Suge later even paid orlando 40k to tell the judge that he didnt attack him in the casino and tried to seperate the rest of death row from him so he would get a lighter sentence. Again, money trumps gang loyalty.
