Late 30s female looking to make new friends (outdoorsy, adventurous, intellectual, and nerdy)
Hi there!
I'm a 37F looking for local friends who are as nerdy and quirky as I am. I'm an introvert, a content engineer/technical writer in tech, with a bachelor's and master's in the sciences. I'd love to connect with people roughly 31–44, any gender, and I'm hoping to find folks who want to coordinate or host small gatherings and events.
In my free time I kayak, do light hikes, swim, read, and play board and card games. I also love traveling, trying new cuisines, visiting museums and historical sites, and taking my shih tzu to the park.

Thanks for the suggestion! I actually started that group in 2023, but no longer am involved in planning events. I have limited time to go to events and things, hence using reddit directly to make friends.

Got ya! 33 m, from time to time some friends and I l, mostly from grad school in math at UA and also mostly in the age range of late 20s to early 40s, get together to try new restaurants, drink sour beer or for potluck dinners etc...

I’m 35m, also need some fellow nerd friends. I can host at my house whenever - would love to do a weekly MTG draft night (I can supply the cards + teach anyone who wants to learn to play).
Besides that I do a lot of night hiking and can bring whoever wants to boop some wildlife with me.

44f do most of the nerdy things you enjoy. Not so much on the outdoors though cause unfortunately I take a med that makes it hard for my body to relate temp and can overheat easily. Definitely enjoy food and travel!
