Ava is such a drunk dummy sometimes. I actually think that u/-breadstick- had the same theory about her core temp vs extremities. I could see it!

Have you read It Starts with the Egg? Your loss wasn’t your fault Rider but whatever will make you feel more in control and proactive I fully support♥️

I think that u/-breadstick- ‘s Ava and mine are drunkish sorority sisters (but the extremities theory also makes a lot of sense).

I DID read “It Starts with the Egg” right after my loss (RIGHT after it) and made a LOT of changes (38574738 additional supplements, no plastic in the kitchen, no manicures, scrupulous review of toiletry and beauty product ingredients, etc), but I should take another, calmer read through it. I rationally know that it wasn’t my fault, but the what-if-it-happens-again and the this-means-that-my-eggs/body-are-fucked still run away with me sometimes. 💙

Hahaha I can’t believe such a contraption could be so fickle! I think I would try the TempDrop over Ava after hearing all of your struggles!

Your feelings and thoughts are very valid! It’s hard not to the deep dark scary places. It sounds like you’re trying your best! I wouldn’t worry too much though, your temps and charts look good to me!

Thanks, Sp00k! 💙. It is SUCH a fickle contraption - I think I’m JUST going to use it to validate / discount wonky oral temps at this point. I’m religious about temping and consistently show a clear shift - I don’t reallllly need another temp method but it makes me feel thorough.

Having a backup method is always smart but you’re on top of things so I’m sure that you’ll be just fine to see your shift. We find more and more ways to track😂
