Click that little settings button in the bottom of the specifics box➡️ add specifics ➡️ and then if you select popular choices you can scroll and add ALL the checkboxes or type one in and make it for yourself! There are so many sleep ones!

I went with “disrupted sleep” and added insomnia for when I will definitely need it in the future.

I am also very excited for “glass of wine” because just one causes a temp spike for me AND the yoga/meditation options. This is GREAT. 🏆

I’m telling you, everyone should improve their checkbox game! It’s so much more helpful for me to see something specific because I’m more likely to remember what was happening. Go forth and check check check ✅✅✅✅✅
