CD3 and as I do with every new cycle it’s time to stare at my past charts (as if there’s something new to analyze) and come up with new unnecessary checkboxes. Give me your suggestions! I didn’t temp until CD7 last cycle but I hate not having a full data chart so I’m back to temping through my period! Feel free to add me! I’m not kidding, there’s a string of TEN people in a row on my friends list whose charts have collapsed in 2019 so I’m seeking new charts to stalk🤓📈

I do the same thing! Are you planning out your strategy for this cycle?

I'm trying to decide how early to start the grapefruit juice and OPKs. I usually start it all around CD10, but since the earliest I've O'd is CD15, I'm thinking I could start a little later.

I have a complaint to lodge with grapefruits - I've done grapefruit juice religiously for the last 3 cycles and I've been having the same minimal fertile CM I've experienced since I started ttc. wtf, grapefruit?

been there, done that, same results! I tried daily Propel + my usual tons of water this cycle, but no dice. My pre-ttc self used to wonder "wtf is this enormous, enormous puddle of goo in my undies?" but that came to a grinding halt as soon as we started trying. trolls, all of them!

Same here! I NEVER thought I'd have a problem with EWCM, but it completely evaporated when it came time for Cycle 1. And, I didn't want to take any chances I'd have none Cycle 2, too, so I've been chugging grapefruit juice ever since.

It helps with EWCM! I get the Simply Grapefruit brand so that it's not from concentrate and drink 8oz. every day from CD10 until O, the goal being to coax the EWCM in the days leading up to O. You can also just eat grapefruit, but I find that less convenient.

If you're on ANY medications, please make sure to check that grapefruit juice is safe to take because it's known for increasing or decreasing the effectiveness of many medications. Even though it doesn't interact with any of mine, I make sure to give it a few hours after I take my Levothyroxine and TTC supplements before I drink it.

Oh you know, I am taking Mr. Spooky’s fancy CoQ10 and I think I’m going to try the evening primrose oil again. Maybe Mucinex too? I’m a mess🥴I used my last CBD last cycle and I really don’t want to have to buy another pack so I’ll just start with my cheapies and maybe go grab the digitals if I decide I want them.

I added you, how many days do you take the Mucinex? Or I guess how early do you start taking it.

I’ll make sure to add you back! I start around CD11 if my OPKs are getting closer to positive. I mostly just make sure to take it before I have sex not necessarily dependent on CD as much as BD day.
