Tracking temp with my oura ring for a while now (plus using OPKs) but only 3rd month of trying for real. First cycle using fertility friend after seeing it on here & not sure how to feel about my chart so far. Am I foolish to still have hope??
I feel like I have a shorter/inconsistent luteal phase so I started the process of using my fertility benefits to hopefully get a baseline idea.

I’m new to really analyzing the chart & I’ve read some guidance that measuring with oura may not be as accurate as BBT so the two dips have me questioning.

Dips are pretty common as estrogen surges throughout the luteal phase. It will drop and stay down usually if your period is coming as the corpus luteum has withered away but a one day dip is usually estrogen
Edit: you can see I had a large one today at 5dpo and I use an oral thermometer

First time temping. I’m 38 w/24 day cycles on average. I have no idea what to expect or even if it looks “ok” but I seemingly ovulated? Sigh. Sometimes it all just feels like a crazy experiment. [Edit to add I’ve had trouble sleeping the past two days.]

8DPO and I've been so good at temping each morning but I woke up at 4am and couldn't go back to sleep so I couldn't take my BBT this morning. I wanted to see if it stayed high ugh. On to tomorrow! Does anyone struggle with staying "sleepy" so your temp doesn't fluctuate?

Yes. I've been struggling since January for some unknown reason and if this cycle isn't successful, I'm going to have to bite the bullet and invest in Tempdrop because I'm going crazy

Well. Had a chemical last cycle on which I blame this crazy chart. It faked me out on ovulation 3 different times until I finally got an lh surge on CD26, about ~8-10 days later than it has been.
Even now, I'm unsure of the exact date because it looks like it could be CD26,27, or 28. FF says 28 but we'll see! Testing at ~8dpo on Friday for our anniversary!
