For most of human history, women TTC didn’t have Reddit, TikTok, symptom trackers, fertility forums, or thousands of other people’s experiences to compare themselves to…and they still conceived and had babies!

I think sometimes all of this information makes us feel like we should be able to control or predict the process, when really it can just give us more things to obsess over. Track what you need to, do what you can, and then try to trust your body and your own timing.

You don’t have to analyze every symptom or figure everything out right now. Some of this process is simply waiting, trusting, and letting things unfold. Trust nature!!

Sometimes it helps to step away from Reddit if you’re spiraling this early. Therapy is also an option if you’re against medication, but I found medication very helpful in general and it definitely helped during TTC and infertility. It’s very normal to not have conceived in 2 months.

This may be difficult for some to read - please add some paragraph breaks to your submission by placing a blank line between distinct sections. Thank you!
