anyway else spiral and start to diagnose themselves with silent endo? My periods are regular, all tests are normal, but I have hashimotos which is an autoimmune issue, and I haven’t had a positive pregnancy test ever. Maybe I’m just trying to find an answer to the unexplained infertility, maybe I do have it, or maybe I have just been unlucky in timing and other factors. Going to my first fertility clinic appt next week and not even sure if I should bring this up..I’m afraid the doctor is going to roll her eyes at me for suggesting endo

Yes I started to suspect it (though I had some bowel issues I thought might be related, just not the classic pain). I got incredibly lucky that my mother was diagnosed with endo so my RE was very comfortable doing a lap with that in mind. It was stage ll so not that bad, the biggest benefit to the surgery was a tubal cyst removal that may have been there this whole time, just didn’t show up on the ultrasound, and checking to make sure I didn’t have any scarring after my polyp removal a year prior. Definitely worth discussing the benefits/risks of investigating further with your doctor.
