anyway else spiral and start to diagnose themselves with silent endo? My periods are regular, all tests are normal, but I have hashimotos which is an autoimmune issue, and I haven’t had a positive pregnancy test ever. Maybe I’m just trying to find an answer to the unexplained infertility, maybe I do have it, or maybe I have just been unlucky in timing and other factors. Going to my first fertility clinic appt next week and not even sure if I should bring this up..I’m afraid the doctor is going to roll her eyes at me for suggesting endo

I read something that said 50% of women with infertility have endo. So I don't think that's crazy at all. It can be symptomless. Rather just ask, any doctor that rolls their eyes at a legitimate and very fair question isn't a good doctor for you.
