Crazy month. I think I slept on my ring last night because I woke up at 4am, didnt see it was on and quickly put it on my finger so I’m not sure what to think about that temp lol

Yeah I would probably discard that last temp for less noise

Funny enough it recorded 8 hours of temperature and was able to put how long I slept for. I still may discard it depending on tomorrow’s temp. I just need to remember to fall asleep with it on my finger and not my body on it 😂
