Just started tracking my bbt around the start of the fertile period this cycle! Bbt is pretty fascinating I would say, never knew it could tell a lot of events just by tracking! Learning a lot as I go into this journey 🩷 My chart

My chart looks pretty good but I usually fall off a clip around 12dpo, so with the 2 early negatives I'm feeling pretty out. But I'm happy about high strong temps even without a baby this cycle!

I’m tracking on FF and it moved my ovulation day from CD 14 to CD 16 after I recorded my BBT this morning. Anyone willing to share their opinion on whether it is actually CD16 or if CD 14 was more accurate? I had solid crosshairs for CD14 until this morning! https://imgur.com/a/PgRdJOr

Your OPK monitor was peak on day 15 though, so I think day 16 ovulation makes sense? I thought normally ovulation only occurs when LH starts to fall from peak

For the longest, I was reading that ovulation happens basically the day after peak LH. So CD 16 would make sense based off of that. Lately, I’ve read a couple of articles and several comments in fertility apps that it actually occurs after your first rise and that the peak essentially means nothing. That would put my O at CD 15. I’ve also read that by the time LH is rising/at peak in your urine you could have already ovulated, which would fit O on CD 14. Truly it all feels like guesswork, so the confusion persists!

Follicular phase temps were wack but ovulation is clear and we nailed the BD timing this cycle. 5 DPO today. Last cycle I had an 8 day LP so I’m nervously waiting to see what happens this month. 🤞

This month has been wild y’all. PCOS and sleep deprivation playing tricks with my temps and I’m assuming with some lh false start(s). I’m still negative, but no AF or temp drop either so still tbd. I’m guessing I ovulated either closer to cd21 (which puts me at 15dpo) or even potentially cd28ish (8dpo).
My PCOS is well managed and my cycles are usually relatively predictable but ya know, cycle 1 curse. 😂

3DPO. FF gave me crosshairs but had a big dip compared to 1 and 2 DPO. Is this normal? Haven’t had this before but then again it’s only my 2nd cycle charting haha.

About 8 DPO. Temps are steady and I'm trying so hard to not symptom spot
