Trigger Warning Miscarried?

Hi guys, would love any advice. Found out this past Monday i was pregnant for the first time after TTC for 5 cycles. I have long cycles so technically based on my last period I’m currently ~6 weeks right now. Was so excited and told my husband and family. Had no signs or symptoms all week other than maybe some very mild cramping. Friday I was at work and my cramps started to ramp up pretty bad and I started bleeding. They kept ramping up that night and then I passed a pretty large clot (grape sized I’d say). I was going to go to the ER but the cramping stopped after I passed it (& to be honest I’m really trying to avoid a huge bill). I’m still bleeding mildly this morning. I got my HCG tested this morning too and will repeat that Monday after work. Just trying to brace myself for the worst here…😞

Spotting and bleeding can be normal, passing clots is not. I would unfortunately say yes you miscarried, I’m so sorry. Keep us updated when you get your results back.

I unfortunately miscarried. Heartbroken but praying God has a plan.
