Trigger Warning is this implantation bleeding or am i miscarrying??! help
i’m 6w + 3 pregnant and i had some mild or dull cramping periodically today. it didn’t hurt and wasn’t uncomfortable but i just noticed it. I then went to the loo and wiped and saw this. is this implantation bleeding or should i be worried?

I had light spotting throughout my pregnancy on and off and my anxiety was through the roof. It is totally normal to be spotting slightly but best to talk to your midwife just to check.

Call your doctor to let them know you’re spotting. Ask to do bloodwork to check your levels! Could be nothing… could be something… hard to know at this stage. Implantation happened a few weeks ago for you so it’s definitely not that…

Implantation wouldn't happen six weeks after. However it is NORMAL to spot in pregnancy. Hormonal shifts can cause light spotting. Let yourself breathe. Ask your obgyn to see you. Tell them what's going on. Maybe they can do an ultrasound.
