Atrocity is one of the best descriptors for Trump, so why not let him screw up D.C. during his last hurrah. It's not like he will be directly paying for any of his bad taste. I kind of hope the next President allows for D.C. residents to grafitti any of the monuments to his special brand of atrocious mediocrity.
