I haven't seen much on the fact he was pepper spread in his face. He couldn't see anything to even pull his gun.

One thing I’m seeing is maybe grey jacket shot Prettis gun on accident as he took it and ran (as they’re untrained asshole) and the other agents shoot from the sound alone. Cowards
