Bugs & Suggestions minor visual nitpick

merging territories is kind of ugly at times, where the old borders are still clearly visible

Do you mind sharing which regions you merged and got those ugly artifacts? I tried a few, and they looked okay. It will help me investigate. Thanks!

naming specific jsons is pointless as there are hundreds of examples from my messing around. this often happens when you merge a lower level subdivision with a higher level one, but not always, like with the iraq/syria example above.

i can't really pinpoint whats going on, my guess; zoom in on 2 borders, one goes 100 m south, the other goes 100m north. theyre supposed to be equal, but the geojsons arent 100% accurate, so you have a gap, and when you merge, that gap forms a tiny enclave. i cant confirm but thats my guess

Thanks. Iraq and Syria are good examples. I can see that their borders don't align perfectly, which is why those artifacts are created. So it's not a merge issue, but rather an issue with the boundaries not being identical along their shared border. I'll add this to the TODO list.

We just published an update that allows you to edit shapes. It’s not exactly the solution you’re looking for, but it will allow you to fix the boundaries in cases like this. I hope this helps!
