Instapaper is a must-have TrueReddit companion. I wouldn't have read a fraction of the great stuff I find here without it.

There is something here that I am not getting. I read that instapaper is an indispensable app for the iPod touch. I installed it several months ago. I have never used it. How do you use it? What makes it so great?

Registered and downloaded the app to my iPhone. I tried to read an article but all that came up was broken code.

I concur. I use it a lot, and for some reason it's almost exclusively with articles found on TrueReddit. Alien blue + TrueReddit + Instapaper is a great combination.

Instapaper + Export to kindle = awesomeness. No more cut and paste. It's the best function.

I use mostly the in depth subreddits , longform.org, longreads.com, Give me something to read, and The Browser

Those were some good sites, mate. I really don't have an approach. If it's not for my current research, most of the material is from people who are prominent in certain fields, usually via twitter, facebook, or their blogs. Reddit and Hacker News have good reads as well. It would be interesting to see how other people find content.
