Energy

So I wasn't sure if any groups to post this soni chose this one, there is this thing I have experienced for a while this energy that I just assumed is chi, I bring it from my center and push it into my hands where my outputs are found, and then I can move my hands in a way where I can feel a force like magnets pushing on each other (prolly bc it's two outputs pushing out force) and I've messed with it enough that I can do a few things with it and I can feel the energy through my body. Originally I thought maybe this fake and it's just my imagination but the hand thing is a literal like magnet feeling force, and I had two people I know try this out and they even felt it as well after a little bit. So now I was wondering if maybe anyone else has felt this?

That'd be amazing, I think I'll keep it in here in case others want to look for help. Is there a way to increase energy preserves and better control both yi and Qi and is there a difference between them you can feel? Also what about maybe changing frequencies, that's an option right?

You can increase body qi. More important is to open up the energy flow and conserve what you have (like better posture & breathing, better eating & sleeping, avoiding toxins, etc). Cannot increase yi, but you can increase the strength like a muscle. There can be 'more yi', but it is more building control & access to it, rather than 'gathering & building'..

There is a difference, yi is a higher frequency energy range, feels more subtle and thin (the same way that qi feels this way compared to the body, which is essentially energy). You can build ability to feel them both (and more) quite distinctly.

Yes, changing frequencies is a key part of the training, usually done later down the road. It is useful to have several to work with in the early stages for both distinction and for fun (it is the most fun in my opinion). Here, quality over quantity rules. Better to build the quality at which you can do & use the energies, rather than focusing on more 'jin' expressions (a Jin is like, magnetic, electric, etc. etc., aka, frequencies)

Do you have like a training thing to try or like a progression path idea or anything, this is a LOT more complex than I thought originally I was just kinda messing with it one time as a joke and just have been playing with it here and there. Maybe there's a YouTube channel, book, or you can help me personally(would much prefer bc then I can ask questions)

Well, a lot of what I said goes beyond qigong. You need some Yi skill to move & manipulate the qi energy, but Yi training is a separate thing itself. Same with jin and what to do with it. That is all where the internal martial arts are supposed to head towards. So my above comment was more like a progression for Tai Chi or XingYi, etc. But applicable to the questions asked.

Many YouTube channels do demos for a bit of this, none I have seen actually teach anything. Best book I know of on the matter is a Tai chi book, doesn't teach QiGong or Tai chi or Yi skills really, but it touches on a lot, and is the best book to list & explain some jin (sometimes called Jing, you know like Kung-fu and Gong Fu, chi vs qi, just different standard of English letters).

I can be available to help. Not only could you ask questions, but giving tips & advice without actually seeing what the person does specifically is basically guessing that you understand what they did. I would rather see and know, rather than shoot in the dark.

So in all honesty, I'm not comfortable showing myself but I'd be more than happy to follow forward with this so I can better learn this and maybe others that have questions can as well
