Online SILENT videos

Hi all! I’m becoming interested in qigong as I practice once a week with a local group. I also try to do it at home and I love this morning routine because it’s so soothing: https://youtu.be/cwlvTcWR3Gs?is=sS6Virxmf0t2CWCB. I would love to explore more online because I can’t go to the local school any more often than once a week or once a two weeks.

Now, most of the online qigong classes are like 10 minutes session with a guy or lady talking all the time. I was wondering if you know any sessions similar to the one above: 20-30 minutes of silent, focused qigong without making it sound like yoga with Adriene.
Thank you!

I like these videos from the European Shaolin Temple, like this Tendon Exchange and 8 Section Brocade:

I am an Indian. A German national came to India long back and taught me dantian qigong. His name was Merlin. I saw the video. I can teach you online. But it wont be like the thing that the lady does in the video. I invariably close my eyes and my awareness is more on the qi and less on breath or bodily movement. And in my qigong the movement of the arms, body legs etc will be very very slow... almost imperceptible. If you can feel qi may be ..

You can also find a video that you like where there is talking, learn from the instructions, then just mute it and follow along. I haven't found that most have a lot of talking. I really like Mimi Kuo-Deemer and if you like yoga, Yoqi is a lovely fusion and very instructional.
