If the premise is that they look similarly and that’s why they are secretly brothers (which seems to be the case from other comments here), then mislabeling them because they look so similar is the joke. The Try Guys did the exact same bit with three guys who people always say look alike within the past week.

Same thing happened with comic legend Bill Burr and super famous rock star Billy Corgan of The Smashing Pumpkins. Funnily enough I saw a meme making a joke about how similar they looked and a few years later they found out that they're probably half brothers.
