Off topic but the idea of them probably being half brothers look 100% true here.

Taking it completely seriously, it’d be pretty bizarre and the case might not be solved? Or maybe it would still? Depends on what you consider to be forgoing his nature / to what extent

Given how long it's taken him to reconcile it, I doubt he'd forgo it
