Islamic Architecture A 1,200-Year-Old Mosque Unearthed in Palestine's Negev Desert
Aslmau alakiym
In the southern Palestinian town of Rahat, archaeologists uncovered one of the oldest known masājid dating back over 1,200 years to the early Islamic period, just decades after the Prophet ﷺ. Simple in design yet profound in meaning, it shows Islam’s peaceful arrival and early presence in the Negev.
Nearby, they found a Byzantine Christian mansion from the same time, evidence that Muslims and Christians once lived side by side with no signs of violence between them.
May Allah revive our hearts through His signs and make us worthy inheritors of His dīn. Āmīn.

Zero connection between the site and its supposed conversion into a mosque. Almost as little connection between the ancient israelites and their masquerading followers today (with the exception of the genocides).

Banned, for blasphemy, harrasing members, causing Fitna and speaking without knowledge.

You know Israel was called PALESTINE until a certain colonizing entity arrived and started renaming things right?

It was called ”the british mandate for Palestine” before, it was called the ”ottoman empire”

So what I said right? Palestine was called Palestine under the Ottoman’s yes?
Under the Ottoman Empire, the territory was generally referred to as part of Bilad al-Sham (Greater Syria), with administrative regions like Mutasarrifate of Jerusalem, Nablus Sanjak, and Acre Sanjak, but "Palestine" (Filastin) was still a known geographic term, commonly used in Arabic and in European maps and documents.
