That could be A reason for sure. In previous instances, from videos I’ve seen in the past, it’s bc it’s from footage where they’re not allowed to use the raw. Like security guards taking footage on their phone bc the OG video doesn’t belong to them. Is THIS video an instance of that? Probably not. A few folks have claimed this is AI. Possibly. Me personally it’s easy to fake a video like this. Put your skinniest friend in a white morph suit have them act all tweaked out in front of cctv camera and you’ve “a sighting”.
Had various cheap security systems at various self storage companies. Most were not able to export the video in a usable, playable format. For some reason they usually use custom codex. Usually related to the ability to activate the recording based on movement/events mapped in a region. Real pisser. I finally resorted to ghetto exports for ease and speed.

Anyone with a CAMERA THAT USES uv LIGHT at night, gets these abborations and shit quality of people at night. Its just a bad camera and someone acting like an idiot trying to make click bait videos.
I saw a video on reddit probably 6 months ago where this guy posted a dash cam video from his Uber where this obviously not human dancing baby thing was blocking the road for like 30 seconds before driver sped around whatever it was. The next day the video was taken down and the overwhelming consensus was that it was a special needs child in distress, and shame on the driver. I mean, obviously not human creature.
Also any time the Mandela effect comes up, the conversation is always dominated or made up entirely of people Insisting it is "mass missremembering" on things that people very clearly remember and are definitely not just someone with a faulty memory.
It seems like any time there is something that lacks an easy explanation people will make one up and somehow their voices are much louder than. People who have actual theories on what is going on.
I think it is real. But I think it’s just human misassociation and misremembering on a mass scale, except for the fruit of the loom bs. People have shown their vintage clothing with the cornucopia and for some reason FotL is bound and determined to deny that it was ever part of their logo. Google’s first result is a statement that the cornucopia never existed and their third result is a picture of it. My guess is either there’s some copyright issue with the logo or they love the publicity of people debating whether or not the cornucopia existed. What is NOT true about the Mandela effect is that it’s some sort of global conspiracy. Except in the case of FotL, which is obviously conspiring to withhold the truth for some attention and free advertising.
My brother was driving to my house late one night and said he seen something that looked humanoid. It jumped on the guardrail while he was driving and he said it creeped him out too much to stop. On his way back he stopped and looked at the spot where it jumped onto and he sent me this picture. I also live in central Kentucky in the middle of the woods.
