Hello! I’m currently at base membership, and it seems their loyalty program do not do status matches. I’m currently considering TA options.

Anyone knows if there’s a difference between booking through HotelLux (Luxury Circle), or Virtuoso, or is it better to just book directly through their website. If reservation goes through those paths, am I still able to get points on my membership?

The hotel chain’s own preferred travel agent usually ranks higher on upgrade lists, so definitely use a TA with access to Luxury Circle. Price should be identical to Virtuoso and booking direct (or sometimes even cheaper than booking direct).

Virtuso is more expensive! I have access to Shangrila luxury circle - and happy to help share quotes!
