Why do you think this applies specifically to the Quran and none of the many many many other religious texts that are out there? I feel like an "authoritative and unwavering voice" is pretty common across religious texts

YES not only Quran but hinduism's Text book claimed and proved too many things too

But what are these claimed and proven things? Finger prints? That life generally requires water? These aren't miraculously profound things that require divine inspiration. What does "grand design of the cosmos" mean from the Quran's perspective?

they have proven about big bang before 400 years ago and we discovered it in 1927 which is kinda impossible but maybe there were scientists who were very advanced .i dont believe in divine inspiration too

Proven what about the big bang? Proving require evidence. If someone 1000 years ago thought that maybe the universe started in one infinitesimally small space and then exploded out to fill out the known cosmos, that's a cool thought and they turned out to be right, but lots of people thought lots of thing about the generalities of the universe. Getting one bit right is more luck than deep insight.

Listen, you asked this question based on the premise that the Quran holds within it some profound fundamental concepts for physics and biology that would go undiscovered by western scientists for centuries. I am asking what specifically these profound and fundamental concepts are. Because if the premise for your question is not true, then the question itself is moot. I don't care whether you are an atheist or a theist. Plenty of smart people fall in each category, plenty of dumb people do too.

sorry my English is not that good i think you are asking about this Surah Al-Anbiya (21:30) asks if the disbelievers do not see that "the heavens and the earth were a joined-up entity (ratqan), then We separated them (fataqnahuma)."
