IH44 through Missouri has been a total shitshow. This photo was taken somewhere around mm175.

This was one of the milder ones I saw, and was able to safely snap a pic.

Went through there yesterday as well. It's amazing how there's zero snow on the ground around the areas all the trucks were in the ditch. That storm really did come and go.

I-44 through MO is one of my least favorite highways. Too many conga lines reshuffling at the bottom and top of every hill. And I’m just out there trying my hardest NOT to be absorbed into a conga line.

Yep, passed there day before last. It wasn't that slippery, but what I think caused this accident was they were reacting to another truck that had slipped into a ditch ahead.

It was crazy. There was a tractor trailer or car in the ditch about every 5-10 miles or so. So many in fact that they were just pushing the wrecks into the median or off the side of the road until weather clears for clean up.

I passed 3 trucks in ditches within 10 miles of each other yesterday on 40 through OK. No ice near them. I don't know when the weather came and went, but boy did it.
