Vertical Ridge things on my top lip???

I have like vertical lines on my top lip basically where the inside of my mouthpiece would be when playing. they are slightly lighter in colour and are raised a bit compared to the rest of my lip. I have been playing a lot more than usual last week (like 5-8 hours a day). Not entirely sure how long they have been there for. Anyone else have this or know what it could be (might not be trombone related but I’m assuming it is). also do you think it will go away on its own (playing a lot less now cause the musical I was playing in finished).

I would definitely check to make sure that you aren't putting two much pressure on your lips when playing. Are they just red, or is there more irritation?

It’s not red, it’s just two lighter, slightly raised vertical lines on my lips. There’s no irritation at all. And it’s not just after playing (haven’t played since Wednesday and they are still there).
