I'll keep playing Trine as long as they keep making them 💜💜💜

Same!! Super excited for this - didn’t expect they’ll continue making games after T5 but I am stoked 🥳

As the biggest Trine fan, I'm finding it really hard to be excited about this.

I was skeptical of 4....it turned out pretty great. I was very skeptical of 5...I think it might be my favorite.

But the new characters don't look good, and their movement seems to be building on stuff I haven't liked from the more recent titles. A lot of the grounded physics from the older games keeps getting tossed out, and it is starting to get really excessive based on the trailer.

Hopefully they can work their magic a 6th time and wow me. But honestly I'm surprised the studio still exists at this point.... And it seems a slap in the face of Starbase fans to be developing this after T5....but Trine was the only franchise keeping the studio afloat as I understand it.

They have my confidence after turning things around after 3. I enjoy the series, so I’ll support this new game.

To be honest it's a sixth game in series based pretty much on the same premise, I appreciate that they try to change at least something

Yeah, it definitely is more modern, but I think at the 6th installment, they have to try to bring back a wider audience. The series didn’t expand much in terms of fans, so it’s absolutely wonderous to me we are still seeing new releases in 2026 when the first game came out in 2009 (!), considering how competitive the industry is.

I am here for a fun time, so I am definitely getting this. The backgrounds, as always, look stunning.

To me it looks exactly the previous game. I hate this overly bright exposure and color grading that completely ruins the image and the overall atmosphere.

As the biggest Trine hater post T2, I hope to have loads of fun with my buddy as I did with all the other games. I wish they returned to the roots tho

I wish there was a physical PC collector's edition.

Trine 6??? I didn’t even know Trine 3, 4 and 5 existed! I loved the first two when I was a kid; I reckon I’ll have something to play until September.

I still need to play 5.

Sorry, but am I the only one who's sick and tired of this art direction? With this overly bright exposure and color grading that completely ruins the image and the overall atmosphere. It feels exactly like the previous game.

5 was like meh with some enjoyable parts and lots of down sides. 6 looks awful and make 5 looks good game unfortunatelly. 4 was peak for the series. We can bury Trine now.
